30 years of Combined Martial Arts Training and experience.

2nd degree Black Belt in TKD

4th degree in Krav Maga (Self-Defense)

3rd Level in Muay Thai - Kickboxing

Kali/ Escrima and Karambit in FMA.
Trained with World Taekwondo Federation Kukkikwon Since 1983 to 1993.
Competed in Junior and Senior tournaments in California, Florida, Texas and NJ.
In 1993 I joined the US Marine Corp where I trained in Krav Maga and Hand to Hand Combat and continued to train while in the reserves and after for 8 years.
Trained in Muay Thai for 6 years at Title kickboxing.
Currently became a New member of the USA-GTF.
Trained under Garfield Owens 5th Degree Black belt for USA-GTF.

  • Currently training as the Head Instructor for:
    • Taekwon-do Mixed Martial Arts Fitness Academy.
    • (T.M.F.A.) In Paramus, NJ under the ownership of Mrs. Sunee Quiles whom has been with USA-GTF for the last 30 years.
